Assembly Instructions MIL418A3AT

Step 1 – Take your two sides and connect them with the 18″ straight pipe. Open holes should face outwards. These open holes will be used to connect the anti-tip device.

Step 2 – Take the “U” shaped top and insert it into the middle section containing the seat.

Step 3 – Put your frame from step 2 on top of the frame from step 1 by inserting the legs in place. Secure the height adjustment needed with the 4 D ring pins provided.

Step 4 – Insert the 4 screws as shown to secure all 4 wheels.

Step 5 – Turn walker upside down and insert the two screws as shown in arrows to secure the horizontal bar on bottom back of chair. It will be located under the seat.

Step 6 – Insert the two screws as shown with arrows to secure the U shaped back from.

Final Step: Connect your anti tip devices. The anti tips should stick out in the back. Secure them with the 4 screws provided.
